FU88 (hereinafter "the Platform", "FU88", "we", "us") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international online gaming licensing. The Platform provides registered users with access to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and ancillary services.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with FU88, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, betting conduct, and account termination. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and FU88.

FU88 is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. The Platform is accessible to users in jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. Users based in Malaysia are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable local laws and regulations governing online gambling activities. FU88 does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the FU88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. FU88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all Account holders. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are registering in your own legal name and for your own personal use only. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where the Platform has designated as a Prohibited Territory.
• You do not currently hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion agreement or been suspended or banned by FU88 for any reason.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or operator on behalf of any third party.

Account registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

4.1 KYC Verification Requirements

FU88 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before:

• Processing any withdrawal request regardless of amount;
• Unlocking Bonus Funds that exceed specified thresholds;
• Where there is reasonable cause to verify the identity of an Account holder.

Accepted KYC documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) may also be required. Payment method verification (screenshot of e-wallet or bank account matching the registered name) may be requested to prevent fraud.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). FU88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst logged in is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified FU88 of unauthorised access. FU88 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

FU88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian Players: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, AmBank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

All deposits must be made from payment methods held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account does not match the registered Account holder's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit for fiat currency transactions is RM30 per transaction. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency transactions are denominated in fiat-equivalent at the time of deposit and vary by coin (BTC: equivalent of MYR 50; ETH: equivalent of MYR 40; USDT: equivalent of MYR 30; LTC: equivalent of MYR 30). These minimums are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon reaching the required number of network confirmations (which varies by coin and network conditions). FU88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

5.3 Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian Players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. FU88 reserves the right to adjust conversion rates in line with market conditions.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via their Account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; actual times depend on payment method and network conditions.

Indicative withdrawal processing times by method:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically under 5 minutes following internal approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (bank transfer): Typically 5–15 minutes following internal approval.
• Direct bank wire (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.): Typically 15–60 minutes following internal approval.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times; typically 15–60 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered Account holder. FU88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by automated risk monitoring systems.

FU88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, crypto deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. FU88 reserves the right to set different wagering requirements for different promotions.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting, abusing, or manipulating bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Players for bonus abuse purposes — will have their bonus cancelled, Account suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse forfeited.

7.3 Referral Programme

The FU88 referral programme allows existing Players to invite friends to register. A reward of MYR 38 is credited to the referring Player's Account when a referred friend successfully registers, completes KYC, and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least RM50. The referred friend must also meet all eligibility criteria. FU88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral programme at any time with or without notice.

All bets placed on the FU88 Platform are subject to the general and sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any Wager. FU88 reserves the right to void any Wager in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Where the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction or human error, including obviously incorrect odds;
• Where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared within the period specified in the relevant rules;
• Where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised;
• Where FU88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet formed part of a pattern of systematic exploitation of errors or mispricings.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or settlement, the Platform's records shall be the primary reference. Players must raise disputes within 30 days of the event settling. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FU88 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, or collusion;
• Placing bets using funds known to be derived from illegal activity;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring Account access to any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards FU88 staff or other Players.

All content on the FU88 Platform, including but not limited to the FU88 name, logo, website design, user interface, game content, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of FU88 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written permission of FU88.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, scrape, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FU88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

FU88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FU88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

FU88 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor downtime, blockchain network congestion, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

FU88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts over defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a specified period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

FU88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Chargeback or payment reversal request initiated by the Player;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in a Player's Account (net of any Bonus Funds and subject to withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, provided that no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account termination.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting FU88 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Account closure does not cancel any bets that were placed and accepted prior to the closure request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which FU88 operates pursuant to its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting FU88 customer support. FU88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of receiving a formal complaint.

FU88 expressly excludes the applicability of any Malaysian court's jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms, as the Platform is not operated under Malaysian law or regulation. Malaysian Players are reminded that they access and use the Platform under their own volition and responsibility.

FU88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, FU88 will endeavour to provide advance notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms is always accessible via the "Terms & Conditions" link in the Platform's navigation. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

FU88 maintains a version history of these Terms. Players may request previous versions by contacting customer support.
